KPK Govt Introduced new Traffic Warden System in Peshawar

KPK government has introduced a new warden system in order to provide better traffic facilities to the residents of city Peshawar. The new system is based on latest training of international standard given to this new traffic regulating force along with a system of accountability to check the performance of the traffic wardens. It is expected that this new force with getting operational will reduce the traffic wows of city Peshawar by introducing fundamental improvements.





Under this new system, Traffic Wardens are authorized to impose a fine ranging from Rs 100 to 5000. However, they can not lock up any vehicle in Police Station. The 12000 members of this new traffic controlling force are provided training of first aid, public dealing and how to cope up with emergency situation. In order to facilitate people this Traffic Warden system goes one step farther, they will collect fine on traffic violations instantaneously using digital machines and saving people many trips to banks to pay their fine penalties. With this new traffic regulating system is in, people are attaching high expectations that introduction of this new system will result in better traffic conditions on the roads of Peshawar  city.
