Shameful logic of Abid Sher Ali - Govt is not responsible for Karachi Heat Deaths

As weather turned harsh and mercury started touching extremely high levels, tragedy unfolded for the residents of Pakistani city of Karachi. Pakistani rulers only helped situation to become even worse with 20 hours long load shedding. 

Many people ended up in hospitals and several of them could not survive resulting in a high death toll. Now Federal Minister for water and power Abid Sher Ali came up with a rather shameful logic that government is not responsible for Karachi heat deaths. What does he mean, under 48 degree centigrade heat if there is no water and power and people die, it is fault of people who are losing their lives. In fact Pakistan is being run by a bunch of non-sense people who have nothing to do with ordinary people and their problems, they are just in power to grab resources and build their business empires.
